Self-defense class

This is for clients who want the best value, experience and results. It includes one class per week, four in the month. As well as weekly video workouts that are delivered on Sundays. This package also includes access to my patreon where I release self defense content for members of all ages including children so that you’re able to share the gift of protecting yourself with the entire family. This is an experience that I’m very passionate about sharing. Making the mind and body both strong and capable. In total this package has a value of over 360$ per month, and I’m able to offer it for just 225$.

These are professional quality videos that pack your entire workout into a tight 1-2 minute format for you to follow easily at home on your own time. It’s highly recommended you pair this with the Fitness Consultation so I know exactly what your goals are. I will try to meet your needs best I can without the consultation. Many of my loyal clients contract me to make these videos for them every week-they are fun and a useful way to take the work we do here with you home and to the gym.
